Cancellation Policy
Tier Pricing Policy: Services are priced by tier based on loc density, buildup, length, and time required. If the incorrect tier is selected, pricing will be adjusted at the appointment. Starter Locs: Must adhere to a 2-4 week maintenance schedule in the early stages. Consultation Policy: New clients, color services, starter locs, and corrective work require a consultation prior to booking. Late Policy Clients: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may be rescheduled or subject to a late fee. Deposit requirement: Deposits are required with every session. Deposits are added to service fee. No-Show / Cancellation: Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable.
