Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable and go toward the total service amount. Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before their appointment. Same-day cancellations will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. No-call/no-shows may be restricted from future bookings. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. Prices may increase depending on loc density, length, style complexity, and extra time required. Consultation/photos may be required before booking extension, color, or over-loc services. Hair must be reasonably detangled before appointment unless detangling service is added. Certain services require photo approval or consultation before booking confirmation.
